If your team already lives in Zoho, the calendar integration keeps everything where it is. Bookings land on Zoho Calendar, events link to the matching Zoho CRM contact, and Zoho Meeting conference links generate automatically when configured. The agent reads real availability before offering a time, so it never books over an existing event.

• Live availability. The agent reads free or busy on Zoho Calendar before offering a slot.
• Bookings written directly. Events appear with caller name, conversation summary, and a link to the transcript.
• CRM linkage. Events tie to the matching Zoho CRM contact so the rep sees the booking and the history side by side.
• Zoho Meeting links. Optional video links generate alongside the booking when conferencing is configured.

• Description. Service requested, AI-written summary, link to the transcript.
• Location. Business address, “Phone call,” or a Zoho Meeting link when configured.
• Attendees. Customer email when provided, plus the assigned rep.
