What changes
- Live availability. The agent reads free or busy on Zoho Calendar before offering a slot.
- Bookings written directly. Events appear with caller name, conversation summary, and a link to the transcript.
- CRM linkage. Events tie to the matching Zoho CRM contact so the rep sees the booking and the history side by side.
- Zoho Meeting links. Optional video links generate alongside the booking when conferencing is configured.
