Connect your Zoho Calendar to let RevDesk AI see your availability and book appointments directly. Perfect for businesses already using the Zoho suite.

What it does

  • Real-time availability sync - AI sees when you’re free or busy
  • Automatic booking - Creates calendar events when appointments are booked
  • Two-way sync - Changes in Zoho Calendar reflect in RevDesk
  • Event details - Includes caller info, service requested, and transcript link
  • Zoho suite integration - Works alongside Zoho CRM, Books, and other Zoho apps

Setup

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Calendar

Select Zoho Calendar

Click “Connect Zoho Calendar”

Authorize access

Sign in to your Zoho account and grant permissions

Choose your calendar

Select which calendar to use for bookings

Set availability

Configure your booking hours and buffer times

What gets created

When AI books an appointment, the calendar event includes:
  • Event title: “Appointment with [Customer Name]”
  • Description: Service requested, conversation summary
  • Location: Your business address or “Phone call”
  • Attendee: Customer’s email (if provided)
  • Link: Full transcript in RevDesk

Zoho suite benefits

If you use other Zoho products, the calendar integration works seamlessly:
  • Zoho CRM: Events link to CRM contacts
  • Zoho Bookings: Works alongside existing booking pages
  • Zoho Meeting: Add video conference links

Requirements

  • Zoho account with Calendar access
  • Calendar write permissions
  • No additional cost

Troubleshooting

Try disconnecting and reconnecting. Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho Calendar → Disconnect, then reconnect.
Make sure your Zoho Calendar is active and not archived.
