Run approved outreach without losing control
Use this workflow for prospecting, follow-up, or representative-assisted calling from an audience your team is authorized to contact. RevDesk works each task within the configured schedule and hands interested or exceptional conversations to a person with context.Prerequisites
- A reviewed audience with source, consent, suppression, and ownership information
- Registered sending numbers and approved messaging identities
- A clear offer, qualification path, and human owner
- Calling hours, pacing, attempt limits, and channel-specific compliance rules
Trigger and input
Start from one reviewed audience or saved source. Each task should include the record identity, reason for contact, permitted channels, relevant context, and the outcome being pursued. Do not use enrichment or list membership as proof of consent.Controls
- Apply DNC, opt-out, quiet-hours, and frequency rules before every action.
- Set concurrency and pacing within the capacity of the people receiving handoffs.
- Require review for messages, audiences, or actions that need approval.
- Define when voicemail, no answer, invalid contact data, or a reply changes the next step.
- Stop immediately on opt-out, completed outcome, human takeover, or an excluded condition.
Launch
- Review a small sample of the audience and its consent evidence.
- Configure one task goal and one handoff destination.
- Test the opening, qualification, objections, voicemail, opt-out, and warm handoff.
- Launch with conservative capacity while an operator watches the first results.
- Expand volume only after handoffs, records, suppression, and retry behavior are correct.
Verify
Inspect the outreach audit, task timeline, conversation, outcome, and CRM or Deal Operations update. Confirm that replies and opt-outs suppress later actions across the channels enabled for that contact.Measure
Track attempted, reached, meaningful conversations, qualified handoffs, completed outcomes, opt-outs, complaints, and records requiring correction. Segment results by audience source and workflow version.Troubleshooting
- Operators receive too many handoffs: reduce concurrency or narrow qualification.
- Contacts receive repeated attempts: inspect stopping rules, duplicate records, and task state.
- Delivery or pickup falls: review number registration, reputation, content, and audience quality.
- A channel is unavailable: confirm account, country, sender, recipient capability, and consent support.
