Setup
Microsoft 365 admin approval
Some Microsoft 365 tenants require admin approval for third-party apps before users can grant access. If you see an “admin approval required” prompt, send your IT admin the app details from the integration panel. Once approved, every user in the tenant can connect without further admin involvement.Permissions

What gets created on a booking
- Title. “Appointment with [Customer Name]” or your configured template.
- Description. Service requested, AI-written conversation summary, link to the transcript.
- Location. Business address, “Phone call,” or a Teams meeting link if conferencing is configured.
- Attendees. Customer email when provided, plus the assigned rep.
Multiple calendars
- Personal plus work. Check both for conflicts before offering a time.
- Shared calendars. Book into the team’s calendar so any rep can pick up.
- Room calendars (Microsoft 365). Reserve a meeting room as part of the booking.
