Step 2: Tell us about your business

Time: 2 minutes
You will fill out:
  • Your name. What callers will hear if the AI introduces you.
  • Industry. Pick the closest match (SaaS, legal, financial services, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and so on).
  • Website. Optional. If you provide it we pull context from it.
  • Business name. Automatically becomes your team URL (yourbusiness.revdesk.com).
You can edit any of this later. The team URL is only the slug. Your customers do not see it unless you white-label.

Step 3: Pick your phone number

Time: 1 minute
Choose the area code you want your AI number to come from. The picker checks availability in real time. Most US area codes have stock available immediately. If you already have a business number you want to use, you have two options once you are live:
  • Forward. Point your existing carrier at your new RevDesk number. Reversible in seconds.
  • Port. Bring your number to RevDesk entirely (2 to 10 business days).
Start with a new RevDesk number so you can test without disrupting your current line.

Step 4: Pay to activate

Time: 1 minute
Enter your payment details. On the $20 trial that is all you owe today: $10 covers your phone number for the first month and $10 lands as voice credit. On a plan you will review your selected tier plus any add-ons (Smart Dispatch, DNC scrubbing, HIPAA compliance, White Glove setup) before confirming.
