Connect RevDesk to your LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) sub-account to push call activity and qualified leads back into your CRM, and trigger downstream workflows automatically.

What it does

  • Sync call activity. Every AI call writes a note to the matching contact in LeadConnector with the summary, recording URL, and outcome.
  • Tag qualified leads. Contacts that the AI qualifies are tagged with AICALL (and any custom tag you configure). Use the tag as a workflow trigger.
  • Match by phone or email. RevDesk looks up the contact in LeadConnector, updates them if found, and creates them if not.

Setup

Connect LeadConnector

Go to Settings → Integrations → LeadConnector and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to LeadConnector to authorize.

Pick the sub-account

Select the sub-account (location) you want RevDesk to sync with. You can only sync to one per RevDesk team.

Confirm tags

Default tag for qualified leads is AICALL. Edit it on the integration settings page if you want a different label.

Inbound triggers from LeadConnector workflows are not yet supported. For that flow, use Zapier or webhooks.

Use cases

  • Re-engage qualified leads. AI qualifies a lead → tags AICALL → LeadConnector workflow sends a confirmation SMS.
  • Notify the sales rep. AI books a meeting → contact updated in LeadConnector → workflow alerts the assigned rep.
  • Pipeline hygiene. Every AI conversation logs as a note, so reps see the full history when they open a contact.

Requirements

  • LeadConnector / GoHighLevel sub-account with API access
  • OAuth authorization (contacts + tags + notes scopes)
  • No additional RevDesk cost

Troubleshooting

Confirm you connected the right sub-account. RevDesk creates contacts with the phone number from the call; if the number is already in another sub-account, you may have linked the wrong one.
Check the qualification threshold in your campaign settings. The AICALL tag only fires when a lead crosses the qualification bar. Calls that didn’t reach that score won’t be tagged.
Sync runs at the end of the call. If a call is still in progress or the LeadConnector connection has expired, the note will retry on the next sync attempt. Reconnect from the integration settings if you see persistent failures.

Set up the integration now
