Setup

Create a Zap

Go to zapier.com and click “Create Zap”

Choose RevDesk as trigger

Search for “RevDesk” in the trigger apps

Select trigger event

Choose which RevDesk event starts your workflow

Connect your account

Sign in to RevDesk when prompted

Add actions

Choose what happens when the trigger fires

Turn on your Zap

Test and activate your automation

Data available in Zapier

Each trigger includes relevant data: Call events include:
  • Caller name, phone, email
  • Call duration and timestamp
  • Call outcome and disposition
  • Transcript and recording links
  • Custom fields you’ve configured
Appointment events include:
  • Customer details
  • Appointment date and time
  • Service type
  • Location or video link
  • Notes from booking

Requirements

  • Zapier account (Free tier works, paid for multi-step)
  • RevDesk account
  • No additional cost from RevDesk

Troubleshooting

Check that your Zap is turned on and the trigger event matches your expectations.
Make sure all required fields are available. Test with a real event, not sample data.
Reauthorize the RevDesk connection in Zapier’s Connected Accounts.
