Voice is a flat $0.20 per minute on every tier. Every feature is included on every tier, including lead sourcing, enrichment, outbound campaigns, and the chat and email agents. Tiers exist to match your call volume and to add committed minutes as you grow, not to gate features.

Twenty dollars gets you a working phone number, $10 of voice credits, and 30 days of full access to test with real calls. No subscription, no commitment. After 30 days, pick the tier that matches your volume. If you do nothing, we place you on the tier that fits the usage you actually had.

How committed minutes work

Tiers from Essentials and above include a block of committed minutes each month.
  • The tier rate applies to all voice usage, including the minutes above your committed block.
  • Committed minutes are use-it-or-lose-it. They do not roll over.
  • Usage above the committed block is billed at the same tier rate.
Worked example. On Growth ($1,000/mo, 2,500 minutes at $0.20/min), 3,000 minutes of usage in a month bills as $1,000 base plus 500 extra minutes at $0.20, for a total of $1,100.
