Connect RevDesk with Pipedrive to automatically sync call data, create contacts, and move deals through your pipeline. Built for sales-focused teams.

What it does

  • Auto-create persons - New callers are added to Pipedrive automatically
  • Log all calls - Every conversation logged as an activity
  • Update deals - Move deals through stages based on call outcomes
  • Sync notes - Call summaries appear in Pipedrive
  • Two-way sync - Contact data flows both ways

Setup

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Settings → Integrations → CRM

Select Pipedrive

Click “Connect Pipedrive”

Authorize access

Sign in to your Pipedrive account and grant permissions

Map fields

Configure how RevDesk data maps to Pipedrive fields

Select which pipeline for new deals

What gets logged

Every call creates a Pipedrive activity with:
  • Type: Call
  • Subject: “Call with [Caller Name]”
  • Note: Conversation summary and outcome
  • Duration: Call length
  • Link: Full transcript in RevDesk
  • Associated: Person, Organization, Deal

Deal automation

Automatically manage deals based on calls:
  • Create deal when lead is qualified
  • Move to next stage when appointment is booked
  • Mark lost when lead is disqualified
  • Add note with call details

Pipeline configuration

Configure which pipeline to use:
  • Single pipeline - All deals go to one pipeline
  • By service type - Different pipelines for different services
  • By lead source - Route based on where lead came from

Requirements

  • Pipedrive account (any plan)
  • Admin permissions for integration setup
  • API access (included in all plans)
  • No additional cost from RevDesk

Troubleshooting

Check that sync is enabled and field mapping is complete in integration settings.
Configure duplicate handling in sync settings: merge, skip, or create new.
Verify the pipeline is selected and deal automation is enabled.
