# Discord

> Bring the agent into your Discord server for community questions, lead capture, and team alerts.

Discord is where communities ask questions at 2 AM. The agent answers them, captures interested leads into RevDesk, and alerts your team when a conversation needs a human.

## What you can do

* **Answer community questions.** The agent responds from your knowledge base, in-channel or in DMs.
* **Capture leads.** Interested members become RevDesk contacts with the conversation attached.
* **Team alerts.** High-intent threads ping your team channel for a human takeover.

## Setup

    Inside the app: **Settings → Integrations → Messaging**.

  <Step title="Add RevDesk to your server">
    Authorize the RevDesk app for the channels you want covered.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Scope the agent">
    Pick which channels it answers in, and where escalations go.
